Job Description
As the Commercial and Sales Support Coordinator, your focus is to provide commercial and sales support to the London commercial team and to deliver excellent customer service to all travel trade partners and corporate customers, contributing to overall revenue and market share targets. You will also provide an office-based link to the Sales team, responding and seeking solutions to agent and corporate client queries and problems as they arise. In addition, you will be responsible for providing a high level of operational expertise, service and support to our internal partners, trade partners and direct customers. This role develops and maintains a strong working knowledge of AQIRE, Amadeus, ARDWeb and GDS.

Sales focused experience with proven commercial awareness
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to deal diplomatically and effectively with customers at all levels
Proven organisational and time management skills with an ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks
Superior customer service skills with an understanding of the needs of customers from different cultural backgrounds and the ability to communicate professionally and comfortably with the highest levels of our customer base
Proven analytical and problem solving skills
Demonstrated abilities in resourcefulness, efficiency, organisation skills, and a self motivated and flexible working style
Strong working knowledge of Ticketing, Refunds & Sales Audit process is highly desirable
Strong knowledge and excellent skills in AQIRE/Amadeus/ARDWeb (desirable), MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
Knowledge of the Salesforce application is desirable
