Job Description
This position is responsible for providing analytical support for Maintenance Operations. This includes leading analysis for strategic planning decisions, while ensuring that the impact of these efforts is coordinated with all key stakeholders. Obtain and analyze data from various sources including Delta and Industry information related to unit reliability and implement improvements justified by cost benefit analysis. Will be responsible to support business unit strategies and cooperate on a cross functional basis with other groups and provide reliability, costing and metric data of various types. Candidates should have a good understanding of TechOps business processes and cost structure and the ability to assist the management team with budget and cost analysis. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
Minimum of three (3) years professional work experience with designing in Tableau, data analysis, information science, and data visualization.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Science, Business/Management, Mathematics/Statistics or other relevant quantitative field required.
Understanding of process and metric correlation is required. Advanced computer, analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills is highly desired.
Able to convey professional image with an ability to lead, manage, and communicate to all levels of associates in a team environment.
Ability to effectively manage and deliver on projects.
Must be a self-starter and capable of working independently with little instruction or supervision.
Must be comfortable working in group and individual settings.
Must be performing satisfactorly in current position.
Understanding of statistics, data analysis techniques, simulation, and design language strongly preferred.
