About Southwest Airlines
Southwest Airlines Co. is a major United States airline headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and is the world's largest low-cost carrier.
The airline was established in 1967 by Herb Kelleher as Air Southwest Co. and adopted its current name, Southwest Airlines Co., in 1971, when it began operating as an intrastate airline wholly within the state of Texas, first flying between Dallas and San Antonio. The airline has about 58,000 employees as of September 2018 and operates about 4,000 departures a day during peak travel season.
As of April 2019, Southwest carries the most domestic passengers of any United States airline. The airline has scheduled services to 100 destinations in the United States and ten additional countries. Service to Hawaii has started in March 2019.

Just experienced my first SW airline trip. I loved the experience re: the customer service that I would like to be a part of. I have exceptional interpersonal skills, love people and am very well diversified. I would love to work with such an organization like SWA. I have excellent customer service skills.
ReplyDeleteI have spent 35 years in sales and national accounts the last 10 traveling all over the U.S. Southwest Airlines is my air carrier of choice. I have had very little delays in my 10 years of business travel and have flown Southwest most of my adult life on my family vacations. The customer service level and friendliness convinced me early on that there is a great culture here. I am seeking a job to find a way to work for Southwest Airlines in a customer service or sales capacity in Chicago at MDW. Please let me know when jobs are available. I feel I have always had the same values and find myself intrigued with being part of such a positive daily experience.
