    This job is a member of the Maintenance Administration Team within the Integrated Operations Division. Responsible for completing the daily operations of the Workbrain Center (WBC).

    Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:


    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Completes day-to-day operations of the WBC to ensure compliance with departmental objectives

    • Responsible for the entry, review and upload of pay hour information for the TWU-IAM Association members

    • Ensures that the TWU-IAM Association mechanic and related members are paid correctly

    • Coordinates with Maintenance managers / supervisors to ensure adherence to JCBA contractual guidelines

    • Test all Workbrain programming changes

    • Provides updates and instruction to management / timekeepers

    • Completes adjustments and fixes problems in the area of pay checks, overtime, swaps, etc.

    • Works shifts, weekends and holidays as required


    Job Requirements

    • Associates degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field or equivalent experience / training

    • 2 years Payroll experience

    • 2 years experience working with the IAM Workbrain program

    • Experience with database / reporting tools needed to prepare reports for analysis

    • Ability to work under pressure with defined deadlines, and handle multiple assignments

    • Ability to function well in a team environment

    • Excellent analytical thinking capabilities

    • Ability to develop training and test scenarios for WB changes

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

    • Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with the IAM contract
