    What Makes JetBlue a Great Workplace?


    Medical Plan

    You can choose between the Blue plan (HSA) and the Green plan (HRA). Both these plans are administered by UnitedHealthCare and Anthem BlueCross BlueShield.

    Dental Coverage

    You can choose between total Cigna DPPO and Cigna Dental Care DHMO.

    Vision Coverage

    You get coverage through EyeMed Vision Care. You can save money by seeing a doctor from the provider’s network.

    Basic Life and AD&D Insurance

    You get Basic Life and AD&D, which is fully paid by the company. Supplement Life and AD&D are available on purchase.

    You get both short-term and long-term disability coverage. STD for pilots is administered by MetLife and for crewmembers by Sedgwick.

    You can get legal coverage by Hyatt Legal Plans, Inc. You get coverage for legal advice, non-criminal court appearances, Debt Collection Defense, family, and real estate matters, etc.

    Retirement Plan

    You can enroll in the retirement plan offered by Empower. The company gives you a 100% 401 (k) match up to 15% of your eligible salary.

    Free Flights

    Employees and their dependents can fly for free with JetBlue. You can also get additional airline perks after completing six months of service with the company.

    Pet Insurance

    You can get pet insurance offered by MetLife. The plan gives you coverage for veterinary visits, lab fees, x-rays, prescriptions, and hospitalization.

    Active and Fit Direct

    You and your eligible family members can join fitness centers for only $25 per month. You also have to pay $25 as an enrollment fee.

    Tuition Reimbursement

    JetBlue has expanded its scholarship program to help employees pay for their master’s degree from selected universities.

    Student Loan Refinancing Points

    If you pay your student loans through SoFi, JetBlue awards you JetBlue’s TrueBlue points. You get one point for every $2 refinanced.
